Actually its maximum 16 for everyone.
All the other things that are mentioned above are temporary buffs that are not used in most of the cases because of their temporary value. |

Well, the OP was quoting the 20% chance for part of his calculations, so why not go all out? /shrug

Warriors can reach 21 in their attribute -- but more often 20
16 ( 12 + 3 + 1 ) + Critical Hit ( +4 ) + +1 Axe Mastery (20% chance) Quote:
We're talking +50 bonus damage from Eviscerate @ 20 compared to +42 @ 16 Last edited by Man With No Name; Nov 29, 2005 at 11:27 AM // 11:27.. |

the ranger traps are great as they are.
in pvp and pve, damage is only part of the killer... you get the enemy blinded, crippled, on flame and bleeding (knocked down too...) that means high (yes, high) damage, a huge health degen and shutdown for warriors and runningg foes. dont forget the interrupts... yep... nothing wrong with traps... |

The health penalty is only a problem if you're using sacrificial spells, anyway. Level 18 Life Transfer, Vampiric Gaze, and Shadow Strike will make quite a dent in almost anyone.

Granted Awaken can be removed, but Necros can run at 18/19 semi-permanently. |
